The project is the brainchild of Marco Ballaben, inspired by the 40th anniversary of the worldwide release of \u201cThriller,\u201d perhaps the best-selling album in pop history.<\/p>

The duo consists of Marco Ballaben, a pianist and keyboardist of \u201cpop\u201d extraction who has been active for decades with various ensembles and solo projects, and Sebastian Di Bin, a classical musician who has won numerous international competitions, but is sensitive to quality pop culture.<\/p>

The two pianist-composers performed their own original and unique piano renditions on most of the songs from the aforementioned album and other immortal songs by the great Michael Jackson . After their debuts at the TriesteLovesJazz Festival and the Koper Littoral Festival they will perform on September 28, 2024 7 pm in the courtyard of honor of Villa Manin.<\/p>

The event, organized and promoted by ERPAC FVG and Associazione Musicale e Culturale Armonie APS, is free admission subject to availability.<\/p>
