The stunning setting of Villa Manin<\/b> hosts a variety of cultural, scientific, and sporting events. It is possible to request the temporary use of spaces managed by ERPAC<\/b> for initiatives that align with the monumental complex’s prestige and institutional goals.<\/p>

Available Spaces<\/b><\/h3>

  • Indoor Rooms:<\/b> Conference Hall, Meeting Room, and St. Andrew\u2019s Chapel (simplified procedure).<\/p><\/li>

  • Monumental Areas:<\/b> Honor Courtyard (Corte d\u2019Onore<\/i>), Piazza Quadra<\/i>, Piazza Tonda<\/i>, and the Park (procedure subject to authorization by the Superintendency).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    How to Apply<\/b><\/h3>

    Applications must be submitted exclusively via PEC<\/b> (certified email) to erpac@certregione.fvg.it<\/b> at least 45 days prior<\/b> to the event date.<\/p>

    Main Requirements:<\/b><\/p>

    • Eligibility:<\/b> Open to public\/private entities, associations, schools, and sports clubs.<\/p><\/li>

    • Details:<\/b> The request must include a detailed description of the event\u2019s purpose, requested spaces, dates, and times.<\/p><\/li>

    • Fees:<\/b> Costs are determined by the regional tariff plan based on the type of use and duration.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      The use of the spaces is subject to the signing of a formal agreement<\/b> and the payment of the fee (where applicable) at least 5 days before<\/b> the event.<\/p>
