BOOKING MEETING ROOMS

The stunning setting of Villa Manin hosts a variety of cultural, scientific, and sporting events. It is possible to request the temporary use of spaces managed by ERPAC for initiatives that align with the monumental complex’s prestige and institutional goals.

Available Spaces

  • Indoor Rooms: Conference Hall, Meeting Room, and St. Andrew’s Chapel (simplified procedure).

  • Monumental Areas: Honor Courtyard (Corte d’Onore), Piazza Quadra, Piazza Tonda, and the Park (procedure subject to authorization by the Superintendency).

How to Apply

Applications must be submitted exclusively via PEC (certified email) to erpac@certregione.fvg.it at least 45 days prior to the event date.

Main Requirements:

  • Eligibility: Open to public/private entities, associations, schools, and sports clubs.

  • Details: The request must include a detailed description of the event’s purpose, requested spaces, dates, and times.

  • Fees: Costs are determined by the regional tariff plan based on the type of use and duration.

The use of the spaces is subject to the signing of a formal agreement and the payment of the fee (where applicable) at least 5 days before the event.
