BOOKING MEETING ROOMS

The stunning setting of Villa Manin opens its doors to cultural, scientific, and sporting events. It is possible to request temporary use of the spaces managed by ERPAC for initiatives consistent with the monumental complex’s purposes.

Available Spaces

  • Indoor Rooms: Conference Room, Meeting Room, and St. Andrew’s Chapel (simplified procedure).

  • Monumental Areas: Honor Courtyard (Corte d’Onore), Piazza Quadra, Piazza Tonda, and the Park (procedure subject to authorization by the Superintendency).

How to Apply

Applications (using the form below) must be sent exclusively via PEC (certified email) to erpac@certregione.fvg.it at least 45 days prior to the event date.

Key Requirements:

  • Eligibility: Open to public/private entities, associations, schools, and sports clubs.

  • Details: Applications must include specific goals, requested spaces, dates, and times.

  • Fees: Costs are determined by regional tariffs based on usage and duration.

The use of the spaces is subject to the signing of a formal agreement and the payment of the fee (where applicable) within 5 days of the event.
