MANInVOLLEY 2026: 12th Edition
The most prestigious volleyball tournament of the FIPAV Territorial Committee of Udine is back. On May 3rd, 2026, the 12th edition of MANInVOLLEY will take place.
A Unique Heritage
Founded in 2012 from an idea by former president Ferruccio Riva, this tournament is truly one of a kind. It is hosted within the stunning grounds of Villa Manin, one of the most important 18th-century Venetian villas. Located in Passariano di Codroipo, it was once the summer residence of Lodovico IV Manin, the last Doge of Venice.
The colonnade (exedrae) of the circular piazza seems to embrace the young athletes, creating a magical atmosphere where sport—defined by fun, respect, and friendship—meets history and culture.
The Tournament Details
The event is dedicated to Volley S3, a version of volleyball designed for children aged 6 to 12. It focuses on simple rules and playfulness as a stepping stone toward professional volleyball.
Participants: Open to all clubs in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, middle schools participating in the “Volley S3” project, and schools collaborating with local sports clubs.
The Setting: Around 30 courts will be set up directly on the grass of the main circular piazza.
The Goal: The Committee aims to grow year after year, hoping to reach and exceed the record of 1,200 young participants.
