Pooh, the iconic group in the history of Italian music, capable of selling over 100 million records worldwide, an absolute record for a national band, today announced new dates for their ‘Pooh – Amici x Sempre’ tour. Less than a month after the two unmissable events in the San Siro stadium in Milan (sold out) and the Olimpico stadium in Rome, the new live project of the band that has made entire generations dream is now enriched with further dates. Pooh’s journey will also see a unique unmissable date in Friuli Venezia Giulia, scheduled for Sunday 24 September at Villa Manin di Codroipo (starting at 9pm). RTL 102.5 is the radio partner of the tour.

Tickets for the concert, organised by Zenit srl and Ente Regionale per il Patrimonio Culturale del FVG, in collaboration with Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia, PromoTurismo FVG and Città di Codroipo, will be on sale from 12.30 on Thursday 15 June. Info and authorised points on www.azalea.it

On the stage of the forthcoming concerts, Roby Facchinetti, Dodi Battaglia, Red Canzian and Riccardo Fogli will retrace over 50 years of extraordinary music through hits that have made history, including ‘Amicixsempre’, a historic song from 1996, reissued in a new version to celebrate this return together.

The brainchild of Valerio Negrini, in over 50 years of their career Pooh have sold more than 100 million records, won an inordinate list of awards and acknowledgements, and have proven themselves to be true ‘pioneers’ for the revolutions introduced in their live shows, the themes addressed in their songs, the use of modern technology and multimedia, and much more. The band has signed timeless hits such as ‘Uomini soli’ – with which they triumphed at the 1990 Sanremo Festival -, ‘Dammi solo un minuto’, ‘Chi fermerà la musica’, ‘Piccola Katy’, among others, songs that have become the soundtrack of the lives of several generations of fans.
